Short Review: Silent House
Grade: D-
Strange things start happening in an old house while a young woman is helping fix it up with her dad and uncle.
Really boring. Bad plot. Uninteresting. Terrible ending. Being one continuous take/shot is interesting but leads to some horrible camera work.
Elizabeth Olson... More...ish
Attention span must last 1 hour 25 minutes to enjoy. (7 minutes of which are ending credits)

Short Review: John Carter
Grade: A+
A civil war soldier is accidentally transported to Mars where meets a princess in need of a savior.
Great and completely enthralling story. Very fun. Good performances. Great effects.
Taylor Kitsch, Lynn Collins, Willem Dafoe, Mark Strong and many more.
Attention span must last 2 hours 12 minutes to enjoy.
PS: this movie is quite violent but because all of the blood is blue I guess the MPAA doesn't care.

A boy must learn the story of the Lorax in order to find a tree for a girl.
Pretty funny and entertaining. The music leaves something to be desired. Relentless in its message.

Short Review: Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance
Grade: B-
The Ghost Rider is back to protect a young boy and his mother from the devil.
The action scenes are great. Slow at times and too much exposition. Would be better rated R. Neveldine and Taylor do great directing, if only they had more creative control. Cage is awesome and has some great "freak out" moments.
Nicolas Cage, Idris Elba, Violante Placido, CiarĂ¡n Hinds and more.

Short Review: This Means War
Grade: B
Two best friends (and spies) date the same woman and compete for her affection.
Pine and Hardy are very funny. Pretty entertaining. More rom-com-y than I would have liked. Not as much action as the trailer implies.
Tom Hardy, Chris Pine Reese Witherspoon, Chelsea Handler and more.
